The hard drive is clicking. Presumably just recover all data and we can sort it out later. Minimally need outlook (pst), doc, xls, ppt, and any items in My Docs directory

Drive Failure: Not powering on at all. Drive powered down while laptop was on it's side. Would not come back up.
