The UPS Store at High Park The UPS Store is the established shipping and receiving location to collect devices that come in for data recovery from around the world. You may bring your failed drive or computer directly to the front desk and hand it in to the UPS store clerk.

The UPS Store at High Park serves DataLab-247 clients on our behalf, thus
  • No payment is ever asked there
  • No ship forwarding is involved there
  • Yet, the failed device must be delivered there together with the service ticket (printed or hand-written) for the proper reception at Data Lab 247 - Drive Recovery Laboratory.

If you don't have the printed service ticket, have a hand-written note with your contact info, and call us from The UPS Store at High Park to advise of your failed device being dropped off there.
