After reboot the hard drive lost files, internal
Major Failure: Unable to access the drive; Drive spins up, but is not recognized. Started clicking occasionally before failure. Spins up and clicks. I tried rebuilding directory with Disk Warrior, but process stopped during 1st step. Nothing was written to disk. Also tried swapping PCB (not live swap) from identical drive. Spun up, but no clicking with different board. Drive has all original parts.

Looking for better place to recover data from hard drive: 2.5-inch disk
The drive is in a state that I cannot access any data. Yet, the laptop under the warranty, so I took the whole thing back to the MAC Store. It's been with them for more than a week and now I'm told that they couldn't do anything with it. They replaced the drive, but weren't able to recover any data from broken piece. Now, I found your site and believe in your professionalism, read a lot good reviews on your company.
Great job! Thanks much! I returned that broken piece of junk back to the MAC store along with your business card and patronized them a little so the next time they'll know what to do when it comes to their incompetence to help a desperate client!
