• Access is strictly limited to authorized personnel—no visitors are allowed into the recovery lab.
• Computers and servers used for data recovery are not connected to the internet, eliminating the risk of external breaches.
• No third-party vendors or outsourcing firms are involved in any stage of the data recovery process.

Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)

We provide a legally binding Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) with every approved recovery order. The NDA ensures your data remains private and is not disclosed to any third party under any circumstance without your explicit legal consent.

• NDA documents are available upon request in PDF format via email or fax.
• If preferred, we are also happy to review and sign your organization’s NDA.
• Every team member is bound by a strict NDA as part of their employment.

• We guarantee 100% confidentiality and privacy.
• Your recovered data is securely stored for up to two weeks after successful delivery, or until we receive your confirmation of successful verification—whichever comes first. After that, all data is securely wiped from our systems.
• During recovery, a few neutral files (e.g., documents or pictures) may be accessed solely for verifying data integrity and recovery quality. These samples may be shared with you as part of the project completion report.

• The information we collect (name, address, phone, email) is used only for communication related to your data recovery case.
• This data is accessible only by authorized employees of Data Lab 247.
• We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your information with any third party.
